The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall integrity of the facility through routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and general repairs. This role supports day-to-day facility operations and ensures the environment remains safe, clean, and functional for all personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Performing basic plumbing repairs in restrooms and break areas,
• Perform patching and painting drywall.
• Perform regular changing of air filters.
• Address minor issues with doors, hardware, lighting, and interior finishes.
• Assist with building upkeep both inside and outside
• Ensuring that all areas meet operational and safety standards.
• Document completed work, communicate clearly with the team, and escalate any urgent issues or safety concerns directly to the Facilities Manager.
• Perform scheduled PMs and corrective work orders assigned through a CMMS system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
