The Essentia Primary Care Physician is the leader of a Care Team working collaboratively with all team members; MDs NPs PAs RNs LPNs and ancillary staff to make a difference for every patient every time. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes the physician works to improve overall health of the patients by providing acute chronic and preventive healthcare to our communities.

• Essentia Health Family Medicine has six facilities in the Fargo and Moorhead area with multiple opportunities for developing a practice.
• Full time is 32-36 patient contact hours a week seeing average of 16-20 patients per day.
• Rotating after-hours call schedule.
• Physicians desiring OB practice and / or office procedures welcomed.
• Access to numerous Medical / Surgical specialties locally within Essentia Health network.
