Must have completed residency in Family Practice and must be board certified or eligible for board certification in Family Practice within one (1) year of date of hire. Must possess a valid driver's license. Prefer 1 year or more of leadership or management experience within a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY :
Under general supervision, the physician provides medical care to patients and clinical and / or administrative oversight of health department programs; serves as medical director of Primary Care and Homeless Health Clinic.
QUALIFICATIONS :
