The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and excellent communication this role you will be the first point of contact for our employees ensuring timely and effective technical support. This is an excellent opportunity to help guide and grow the technological aspects of a growing successful food business.
Essential Functions
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware and software issues via phone email and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10 / 11 issues including OS performance application crashes and user profile problems.
- Manage user accounts and groups within Active Directory including creating modifying and disabling accounts and resetting passwords.
- Configure and support networking hardware and software including diagnosing basic connectivity issues IP addressing and VPN setup.
- Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Setup support and maintain Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive environments including user access management file synchronization and permissions configuration.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to improve help desk efficiency enhance business processes and suggest areas of improvement.
- Document all support activities and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
