Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Bilingual Chinese Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Assist clients with inquiries in both English and Chinese
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
  • Support the agency team with various office duties as needed

    • Qualifications :

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) - both written and spoken
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with office technology
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
