    Colleen Tighe - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
    • Take messages or transfer calls to the appropriate team member.
    • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
    • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
    • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

      • QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Previous experience in a receptionist role preferred.
    • Communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
