As an entry-level engineer, you will focus on designing and developing SOI RFICs for mobile handset applications.

• Collaborate with a team of analog / RF IC design experts to develop cellular-band RFICs featuring integrated LNA cores, RF switches, attenuators, controllers, and various RF and analog components.
• Work with system engineers and module design teams to create detailed specifications, report design progress, and address performance and circuit design issues.

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Starting base pay will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, business needs, market demands, job responsibilities, and work location. The client offers varying base pay ranges for different U.S. locations.
