Solvere Technical Group is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead and optimize federal contracting operations across multiple programs. This role requires strategic oversight, compliance expertise, and hands-on leadership to ensure successful execution of government contracts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the flexibility to travel as needed to support program goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of federal contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and meet contractual performance standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients, ensuring responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Support proposal development, contract transitions, and program startup activities.
- Ensure all operations adhere to security protocols and maintain compliance with Secret Clearance requirements.
