Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop proposals for Federal opportunities throughout the proposal lifecycle
Utilize best practices for proposal development, including planning, writing, and compliance management
Lead post-submission activities, including debriefs and lessons learned
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Federal, state, or local government proposal management experience leading projects $50M
Experience with MS Project or similar project management software
Experience with AI tools
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and follow industry best practices for proposal management
