Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with relocators, serving as their main point of contact
Communicate effectively with relocators to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the relocation process
Manage complex inquiries and ensure high-quality service delivery in line with company standards
Required Qualifications
Must be based in the UTC-8, UTC-7, UTC-6, or UTC-5 timezones
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of major North American cities is beneficial
No prior relocation experience is necessary as training will be provided
Experience in customer success, personal assistance, or related fields is advantageous
Adaptability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
