Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions focusing on communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Collaborate seamlessly with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to forge cohesive care approaches. Provide education for patients and their families, ensuring support and progress outside of clinical appointments. Manage occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy interventions, promoting consistency throughout patients' treatment journeys. Adhere to precise and prompt documentation practices that meet state, federal, and organizational standards. Engage in ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing to remain at the forefront of the field. Education Holding a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet achieved ASHA certification. Certifications Possession of valid state licensure as a Speech Pathologist . Preferred : Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needs to be secured within 30 days of employment.
