We're looking for adaptable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join our team. You'll have hands-on responsibilities across various aspects of manufacturing—including material handling, machine operation, quality control, and equipment maintenance. Your experience with machining fundamentals and willingness to learn new skills will enable you to thrive in our collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Introduction to the CNC Machine Operator Role

At SendCutSend, we're pioneering a new era in custom manufacturing by embracing the latest CNC machining technologies. With state-of-the-art 5-axis equipment including Matsuura MAM72v machines, Haas UMC-750's, and advanced robotic loading and palletizing systems, we’re setting new standards for precision, efficiency, and innovation.

As we build our CNC machining capabilities from the ground up, we're seeking versatile CNC Machine Operators excited about helping us shape this new vertical. Early operators will be instrumental in establishing initial processes, scaling operations rapidly, and contributing to our growth into a 24 / 7 facility housing dozens of advanced CNC machines. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals eager to learn, innovate, and directly impact the development and success of our CNC machining division.

What You'll Do

• Operate advanced 5-axis CNC machines (Matsuura MAM72v, Haas UMC-750) and robotic loading systems
• Stage, load, and accurately secure raw material into machine vises and fixtures
• Assemble, set (length / diameter), and load tools into machine holders
• Monitor tool condition through visual inspection, auditory cues, and part quality
• Conduct routine quality inspections using basic inspection equipment (pins, calipers, micrometers)
• Assist with material handling, machine loading / unloading, and shipment preparation
• Perform daily production duties as directed by leadership, adapting to operational needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate forklifts to transport and store materials as needed
