Position : Nurse Functional Manager - PACE Program

Location : Oakland, CA

Pay : $43.81-$65 / hr (up to $70 / hr DOE) | Full-time

We're seeking a Nurse Functional Manager to lead clinical and administrative operations for outpatient PACE Clinics. This role oversees nursing staff, drives quality improvement, ensures compliance, and supports participant-centered, value-based care.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and mentor clinic / home health nursing staff
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Ensure compliance with state / federal regulations
• Support quality initiatives and regulatory audits
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve care delivery

Qualifications :

Preferred : Master's degree; experience in family / elder care
