We are actively seeking qualified Independent Contractors in Commercial Janitorial Services to collaborate with us in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. As a partner with City Wide Omaha, independent contractors benefit from a structured framework designed to foster business growth, allowing you to concentrate on service delivery rather than client acquisition and payment processes.

Requirements

Prospective Independent Contractors are required to provide the following documentation :

  • Valid Business License, LLC or Incorporated Status
  • Worker's Compensation Insurance
  • General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto Insurance
  • Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Additional verifiable business references
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Favorable results from background investigations
  • Minimum of 1-year commercial janitorial cleaning experience required
  • Note : Sole proprietorships will not be considered.
