Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on operational and regulatory matters to medical staff and management

Draft, review, and negotiate operational contracts and manage commercial leases

Oversee litigation and disputes, coordinating with outside counsel as necessary

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

6-8+ years of legal experience, preferably in healthcare or multisite organizations

Strong foundation in employment law and litigation management

Experience advising healthcare operations is preferred
