Job Summary :

Sterling is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in linear construction and / or engineering who can demonstrate a strong history of successfully leading project teams. In this role, you will oversee a combination of internal staff and contract track leads to manage the execution of natural gas pipeline projects across Georgia. While each discipline is responsible for its own execution, the Project Manager ensures that the overall project meets its goals—delivered on time, within budget, safely, and in alignment with quality standards.

Job Duties :

Candidates are required to have experience and / or high working knowledge in the following areas :

• General Management

Developing innovative solutions

Developing project objectives and strategies

Experience in developing and managing contractor Scopes of Work

Scheduling

Experience in schedule development

Thorough understanding of cost management practices

Managing project risks and minimize Owner's exposure

Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Education :

BA / BS in Project Management, Construction Management or related Engineering Field or equivalent industry experience
