Collaborate with finance, legal, and R&D teams to understand and translate their needs into actionable AI solutions. Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI engineers, and functional leaders, to ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated and add value. Establish metrics to evaluate the performance of AI solutions across finance, legal, and R&D functions. Continuously optimize AI models based on performance data, evolving business needs, and industry advancements. The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. An additional target payout of 0% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. The role involves leveraging AI to optimize financial operations, ensure legal compliance, support innovative R&D efforts, and deliver strategic insights that bolster PepsiCo's global functions.
Responsibilities
The Global Functions AI Solutions Lead will play a critical role in advancing PepsiCo's AI capabilities by leading the development and execution of scalable AI solutions within our finance, legal, and R&D innovation functions. This position demands strategic leadership, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure AI solutions align with PepsiCo's overall objectives and can be effectively implemented and scaled across various business units, sectors, and regions.
AI Strategy Development (30%) :
