The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant 2 (PCA2) at Hilton East Assisted Living Facility is a key member of our care team, responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities and ensuring that medications are administered safely and accurately under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role combines clinical support with hands-on care to ensure residents are receiving the highest level of attention, safety, and comfort in accordance with New York State regulations.
