Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills. Ability to balance technical system ownership with reporting / analytics support. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce). Experience in a professional services or consulting environment. Power BI or similar data visualization tool experience. Salesforce Administrator or comparable certification(s). Prior exposure to PSA, ERP, or CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise). Collaborative team player with a strong service mentality, curiosity, and flexibility. Exceptional communicator with the ability to translate complex system and technical concepts in clear business terms.

About the Role :
Salesforce Administrator and System Analyst, responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce and Certinia to support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics. This role will focus on system administration, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, while also supporting financial and operational reporting needs. The ideal candidate is systems-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities :
System Administration
- Serve as administrator for Salesforce / Certinia (Salesforce CRM + Certinia PSA, Revenue Management, and Financial Management modules).
- Maintain overall solution knowledge to support troubleshooting, configuration, customization and implantation of applications and 3rd party integrations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and change management processes.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve integrations (including ConnectWise inputs and reporting outputs for commissions).Partner with stakeholders to identify, design, implement process improvements, and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements
