Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls, Qualify Sales Opportunities, and assign to Sales.
- Receive iing calls and route to the appropriate department if not related to a new account set-up or existing merchant hardware sale. If the call is sales related, as described previously, route the call to the appropriate MSR.
- Track Lead Distribution
- Process and create new Lead records in SalesForce and follow assignment instructions.
- Regular attendance andpliance within the schedule assigned
- This list is not all-inclusive as additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
