Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls, Qualify Sales Opportunities, and assign to Sales.
• Receive iing calls and route to the appropriate department if not related to a new account set-up or existing merchant hardware sale. If the call is sales related, as described previously, route the call to the appropriate MSR.
• Track Lead Distribution
• Process and create new Lead records in SalesForce and follow assignment instructions.
• Regular attendance andpliance within the schedule assigned
• This list is not all-inclusive as additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
