Job Title : KidStrong Coach

Center : Littleton

Reports To : General Manager / Assistant General Manager

Compensation :   $20 per hour

As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Coach Like a Pro : Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old

Master of Curriculum : Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.

Be the Best : Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs

F amily Friend : Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!

C lass Commander : Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!

Family Connector : Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.

Master of all : Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

Center Operations :

Event Enthusiast : Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.

Clean & Green : Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.

We want to hear from people who have a :

Passion for Kids : Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.

Coaching Background : Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you’ve coached a herd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that?

Communication Whiz : Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.

Energetic & Fun : Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.

Mentorship Magic : Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

CPR Certified : Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
