Segment Analyst

This is a hybrid position, which will require working from our Dayton, Ohio office every Monday and Tuesday.

About the Role

The Segment Analyst plays a key role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate billing, and strong financial records, while delivering excellent customer support and resolving issues related to credits, invoicing, and e-submission. This position directly supports sales and account maintenance, troubleshoots finance reporting challenges, and contributes to developing compliance materials and preparing required reports for federal and state contracting. By combining operational efficiency, compliance expertise, and customer service, the Segment Analyst helps sustain high-quality service and reliable financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Working with sales and support staff, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate billing, and strong financial records
• Delivering excellent customer support to resolve issues related to credits, invoicing, and electronic invoice submission
• Preparing and submitting required reports for federal and state contracting vehicles
• Maintaining operational efficiency and high standards of service
