Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social or Health Sciences, or a closely related field

8 years of progressive leadership experience in a managed care or healthcare organization

5 years of experience in health equity, diversity, or inclusion initiatives

3 years of project management, program management, and business analysis experience
