RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide clients through health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options—customizing plans to fit their needs.
- Engage with prospective clients by phone, online, and in person; follow up to maximize enrollment and satisfaction.
- Clearly explain insurance concepts (like subsidies, deductibles, co-pays, and out-of-pocket maximums) so clients feel confident in their choices.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and on platforms like Covered California, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Provide outstanding customer service and refer clients to the right resources when needed.
- Collaborate with your team to hit sales goals, brainstorm marketing ideas, and keep our office welcoming and professional.
- Stay current with licensing, certifications, and ongoing training.
QUALIFICATIONS
