A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 70-100 inbound calls daily from clients and policyholders, providing expert support
Assist with policy inquiries, billing, endorsements, and claims while ensuring excellent customer experience
Process and issue insurance documents and investigate premium discrepancies with accuracy
Required Qualifications
6-12 months of customer service or call center experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
Strong multitasking abilities and comfort managing high call volumes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Self-motivated and organized with a focus on delivering excellent service
