Job Description
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring optimal performance of systems and networks. Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs and enhance efficiency. Oversee IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages. Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are properly maintained. Collaborate with other departments to identify and fulfill IT requirements. Supervise and provide guidance to IT staff, fostering professional development. Monitor IT performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

A successful IT Manager should have :
