BRG professionals have advised in some of the most complex corporate turnarounds, operational improvement implementations and finance process improvement engagements. Our healthcare team engages across our core service lines - turnaround and restructuring, performance improvement and finance excellence to deliver superior outcomes to BRG Corporate Finances healthcare clients. The Consultant position is a junior-staff level role that requires a motivated problem solver with strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and a desire to advance within the organization. An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to apply creative solutions are essential. Responsibilities include both execution and oversight of engagement workstreams that may be qualitative or quantitative in nature. Primary Focus : We are seeking qualified individuals to join our Corporate Finance Healthcare Team, including individuals with experience in :

• Turnaround and Restructuring
• Operational Performance Improvement, such as revenue cycle, supply chain, labor management and clinical operations
• Finance Excellence, including finance processes, system effectiveness and FP&A
• Merger Integration
• Operational Diligence
