• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with candidates to nurture their interest and facilitate the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires sourced from your outreach
