Your day at NTT DATA
The Client Manager, Technology Solutions is a highly successful salesperson that holds the strategic relationships within their assigned industry-specific accounts. This high-caliber individual will be aligned to a vertical industry (Healthcare) accountable for driving revenue growth and expansion while ensuring client satisfaction of all assigned accounts. As the chief steward of their assigned accounts, the Client Manager owns the client relationship, responsible for defining and executing the account strategy, defining and executing pursuit strategies, revenue forecasting, achieving all financial targets and overall client satisfaction.
The Client Manager is the conduit to facilitate the promotion of NTT technology offerings and to drive additional relationships within the account to grow the portfolio. This position requires a digital infrastructure / technology solutions industry focus with expertise within network environments, an understanding of diverse solution offerings as well as management of a diverse applications portfolio and the ability to interface with executives on multiple levels.
What you'll be doing
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Build, manage, and measure a full cycle, highly matrixed team of sales resources and promote an entrepreneurial environment focused on increasing market share and continued brand recognition and drive go-to-market sales approaches.
- Primary focus on driving digital infrastructure offerings across all technology solutions including Networking, Security, Data Center, and Digital Workplace.
- Maximize sales opportunities and account penetration within assigned accounts through a defined strategic account plan and strategy.
- Be a digital infrastructure expert with knowledge of business drivers (Revenue generation, Margin Levers, Cost Levers, and trends) within their assigned industry.
- Excel at strategic Client Management, with the ability to grow and improve client / customer relationships, implement change, and drive the client’s technology roadmap for competitive advantage.
- Vast knowledge of industry competitors, their client sponsors, their agendas, and aggressive counter strategies to displace them.
- Navigate large, complex, geographically dispersed organizations fostering excellent C-suite / Senior stakeholder relationships through fully understanding the client and the industry in which they operate.
- Actively formulate, nurture and expand client relationships with senior executives in the account to position NTT DATA as a long-term strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Achieve annual targets with effective growth strategies along with strong forecasting ability.
- Create comprehensive business plans that provide value and align with the interests and business objectives of the client.
- Effectively negotiate and construct complex, multi-year deals to ensure win / win solutions for both the client and NTT.
- Create awareness and demand in NTT DATA Services portfolio of offerings through effective opportunity, account, and strategic planning as a partner to the client.
- Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the creation of new, marketable solutions and offerings.

Educational Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a business, technical or relevant field preferred.
Certifications :
Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or specific technology certifications are advantageous.
Soft Skills :
Strong communication, leadership, active listening, adaptability, relationship building, resilience, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Travel Requirements :
Willingness to travel as needed to manage geographically dispersed clients.
Performance Metrics :
Success will be measured through specific KPIs and targets focused on revenue, margin and growth within assigned accounts.
