Collaborate with internal teams to shape sales strategies and inform program development. Other duties as assigned. 3-5 years of experience working in and / or selling to healthcare organizations, with an in-depth understanding of healthcare hierarchies and decision-making structures. Proven ability to engage with and sell to professionals in : Infection Prevention Quality / Patient Safety Directors of Nursing Environmental Services Solid foundation of healthcare knowledge supported through specialized training and ongoing education, such as : APIC (Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology) training programs Active involvement in at least one professional healthcare organization. Familiarity with regulatory agencies, compliance standards, and ability to research and navigate regulatory information. Mandatory Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently. Adept at tailoring conversations to the concerns of diverse healthcare professionals. Organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize across complex networks. Preferred Existing professional network within healthcare facilities and / or BSCs.

Our platform empowers a diverse community to collaborate and share scientific, evidence-based strategies to disrupt the transmission of pathogens in air, water, and surface environments.
Job purpose
ISSA seeks a motivated and knowledgeable Healthcare Account Executive to build relationships, expand market presence, and drive sales across healthcare facilities and building service contractors (BSCs) operating in the healthcare sector. This individual will leverage expertise in infection prevention, facilities management, and environmental services to promote ISSA Healthcare training programs, advisory services, and educational offerings that strengthen healthcare environmental hygiene and patient safety.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across healthcare facilities and networks.
- Engage with professionals in facilities management, infection prevention, quality / patient safety, nursing leadership, and environmental services to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
