Role Title : Heavy Construction Equipment Sales Representative

Work Hours : Minimum of forty (40) hours per week, and additionally as needed to meet the goals of CPS&S. This will be a Full-time, salaried plus commission exempt position.

This particular sales position is focused on our Heavy Equipment Division . It involves the sale of Dozers, Loaders, Excavators & more by Takeuchi, Develon, Liebherr, Wacker Nueson and other great brands. But also complimenting products such as soil compactors, air compressors, mobile generators, light towers, and heavy-haul trucks . All from leading and well known manufacturers in the American market.

We support quick thinking, timely decisions, and fast action. CPS&S has a long-standing commitment to employee development. Ongoing training will be provided at all relevant opportunities.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

• Focus will be to cultivate new sales and rental opportunities with new and existing accounts.
• Develop new relationships with key user groups including, construction and equipment users and contractors.
• Develop key working relationships with user groups, local associations.
• This is not a remote position.
