A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to its team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Provide onboarding technical setup for new hires and assist employees with day-to-day IT questions
Maintain and manage laptops, desktops, and peripherals, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent technical experience
1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience, preferably in a legal or multi-location environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
