(including bathrooms and lunch room) Basic building and office repairs (light switches, assemble and repair office furniture, etc.) Occasionally performs general carpentry Paints as required uses rollers, brushes, extension poles, or spray guns as needed Performs cleaning and inspections of equipment and the building Required to assist with installation projects (install lights, racks, etc.) Completes basic maintenance paperwork and assists with PM's Tracks and records parts or tools that may need to be purchased Uses power tools to complete repairs Performs general housekeeping duties as required in work areas. Note : This description covers the major duties performed, but is not intended to be all-inclusive. Additional duties may be assigned that would not alter the rating of the job. Ability to understand and follow all quality alerts. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
