Be a part of the pre-opening team for theOmni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel!

Opening Fall 2025 the Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel is a 29-story hotel located at 1850 Eisenhower Blvd and connected directly to the Broward County Convention. The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites multiple restaurants a vibrant rooftop bar a sprawling pool spa and fitness center. The hotel will also have over 120000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space including a grand ballroom junior ballroom 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront views.

To maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by ensuring quick efficient and professional Utility Attendant services.

Responsibilities

• Perform all essential job duties according to Omni standards
• Ensure compliance on attendance and punctuality standards
• Follow all uniform standards
• P roperly set up and break down of restaurant
• Ensure complete understanding of service standards
• Ensur e a complete understanding of the menu
• To deliver food and beverage accurately to tables and in a timely manner
• To comply with food handling standards
• Deliver food to all sections of the restaurant and bar
• To complete all assigned duties before checking out with leadership
• Inspecting and stocking assigned station in the restaurant to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation
• Station set-up and breakdown / side-work
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
