Your Role :

  • Engage with inbound leads and conduct meaningful consultations
  • Schedule and conduct property showings, and manage buyer and seller appointments
  • Draft and manage purchase agreements, listings, and offers
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM and client pipeline
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing professional development

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • Holds an active California real estate license
  • Available full-time with a commitment to consistent follow-up
  • Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possesses a team-oriented mindset and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous, but not mandatory
