Make an impact in the role of Cleaning Associate to assist with processing returns and exchanges, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, and work collaboratively across teams and departments. Other duties include adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, provide excellent service to customers and team members, maintain accurate records and documentation, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, along with gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, follow safety procedures and company policies, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
