ABOUT THE ROLE Rinse is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Attendant with strong customer service skills and experience in garment care, stain removal, pressing and clothing assembly.

Familiarity with POS or invoicing systems, tech proficiency, excellent communication skills and coachability are highly preferred.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL….

Inspect, sort, and tag garments with accuracy and attention to detail Use POS, invoicing, and internal data-tracking systems to mark in and manage individual work items If possessing related experience :

• spot-treat stained garments and pressing items with accuracy with a focus on quality control at every stage of the process Assemble garments after cleaning, verifying order completeness and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy Follow all safety guidelines and company policies   AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE… Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail required Experience with POS systems, invoicing platforms, and data-tracking tools preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow within the company Prior experience in dry cleaning or laundry services preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Access to a personal smartphone and ability to use a proprietary app Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed   WHY WORK AT RINSE… Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision for full-time employees) 401k with employer match Paid leave Paid training and opportunities for growth Friendly and supportive work environment Rinse credit towards any Rinse-provided services Your application will be handled in accordance with our Candidate Privacy Policy .
