As the Maintenance Supervisor , you will repair and maintain the apartment community and supervise, manage, and monitor the performance of all maintenance staff and vendors at the property. This position will be working at the property 5 days a week.

To succeed, you should have :

• High school diploma (technical training preferred) and proven maintenance experience.
• Expertise in electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and property utilities.
• Familiarity with fire / safety systems and testing protocols.
• Knowledge of property vendors, suppliers, and contract processes.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills for team collaboration.
