Industry Team Manager
As an Industry Team Manager, you will lead a team of 5-8 solution experts while simultaneously managing a dedicated book of business. This strategic role focuses on three key areas : developing your team members, driving industry vertical growth, and ensuring total accountability for customer delivery. You will be the central leader responsible for your team's performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Responsibilities include :
- Coach and develop talent by actively managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of 5-8 solution experts.
- Manage team operations, including capacity planning, project assignments, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality service delivery and accurate revenue recognition.
- Drive strategic growth by partnering closely with the sales and revenue teams on discovery calls, advising on best solutions for customer needs, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Ensure customer success by taking full ownership of customer satisfaction and retention for your team's accounts.
- Champion performance by holding responsibility for the team's overall profitability and performance.
