We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee a range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits coordination. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively support new hires, work closely with employees, and ensure smooth HR operations. Join our team in Colton, California, and make a meaningful impact on our organizational success.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering positive employee relations.
- Manage and coordinate employee benefits, including enrollment and communication of options.
- Maintain and update HR records using HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with drivers and other team members to address HR-related needs and support workforce engagement.
- Advise management on HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and address compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
- Provide support in resolving workplace issues, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Conduct periodic reviews of HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration practices.
- Familiarity with benefit coordination processes and related functions.
- Experience using HR information systems (HRIS) for data management and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage onboarding processes effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and compliance requirements.
