A company is looking for an HR System Consultant (Exempt).
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and present workforce and experience data, developing dashboards and regular reports
Administer and configure HR and related system projects, providing support across various departments
Collaborate with business leaders on workforce analysis projects to identify key metrics and develop strategies
Required Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years in HR Analytics, Finance / Accounting Analytics, or HR Operations
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related analytical field preferred
Strong analytical skills and understanding of core business operations
Advanced proficiency in data analysis software such as SQL, Excel, Access, or Oracle Business Objects
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information effectively
