About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources for our recently acquired company. This critical role requires a unique blend of big company expertise and startup sensibility—a professional who can thoughtfully translate enterprise-level policies and procedures into our agile, entrepreneurial environment while preserving what makes our team culture special.
The Challenge
We're looking for an HR leader who can bridge two worlds : bringing in the structure, compliance, and best practices of a global organization while respecting the innovation, speed, and informality that defined our startup roots. You'll be the cultural translator and champion of sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Management
- Design and roll out HR policies tailored to our small team while ensuring alignment with parent company standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation philosophy and policies that balance market competitiveness with internal equity
- Create performance management frameworks that drive accountability while fitting our team size and culture

About Xealth :
Compensation & Benefits :
Xealth offers a multi-tiered approach when constructing a highly competitive compensation package. The compensation package would include a base salary, bonus, and a comprehensive suite of benefits. The compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $195,000 + bonus.
