A company is looking for an Associate HR Specialist to join their Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to employee inquiries and assist in employee onboarding and offboarding
Support HR programs such as performance reviews and maintain HR data accuracy
Assist in compliance reporting and contribute to HR initiatives for improving employee experience
Required Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment with knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel / Microsoft 365 Suite preferred
