This role focuses on building, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage fans and customers across our portfolio, including the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and others. Leveraging Epsilon, our primary fan communication platform, the developer will play a crucial role in crafting impactful messages, developing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build campaigns using HTML, CSS, and inline styles, primarily employing table-based structures.
- Partner closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop and refine messaging strategies.
- Apply personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content techniques using available data and platform capabilities.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance testing across various email clients and devices (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, mobile) to confirm correct rendering via Litmus.
- Diagnose and resolve rendering issues tied to HTML / CSS and specific platforms, while enhancing performance and ensuring accessibility.
- Help document standard practices and suggest improvements to streamline the email development process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email development to continuously improve our strategies.
- Oversee the development and execution of dedicated email campaigns for events and activities at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, ensuring messages are tailored to enhance the attendee experience and meet stadium-specific goals.
