Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server, with advanced knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and ETL processes. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing projects and mentoring junior developers. Proficiency in SQL and experience with advanced data analysis techniques. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A deep understanding of BI best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop enterprise-wide BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server.
- Lead the entire BI lifecycle, from gathering requirements to designing data models, creating dashboards, and deploying solutions.
- Optimize and enhance BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to integrate BI solutions with other systems.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior BI developers, guiding them on best practices, tool usage, and professional growth.
- Manage ETL processes, ensuring efficient data flow and integration across various data sources.
- Continuously improve BI processes, tools, and standards within the organization.
