Job Description
- Match job seekers with suitable employment opportunities and facilitate the application process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, job placements, and program outcomes
- Develop and nurture relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and promote our services
- Stay informed about labor market trends, job search strategies, and employment laws
- Participate in outreach activities and job fairs to promote employment services
- Collaborate with program staff to understand the needs and skills of participants and match them with suitable employment opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers across various industries to create job and internship opportunities for program participants
- Other duties as assigned
