Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide interim leadership and support during a 6-month leave of absence. This role will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain a positive employee experience while driving key HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Employee Relations & Support
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally.
  • HR Operations
  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Performance & Talent Management
  • Support managers with performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts for open positions as needed.
  • Compliance & Policy
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Culture & Engagement
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
