Senior Generalist, Human Resources

What you'll need to succeed as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at XPO :

Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management and employee relations with at least 1 year of professional recruitment experience
• Experience working in HRIS and time / attendance systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
