The Human Resources Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the organization's people strategy by implementing and overseeing HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and drive operational effectiveness. This role partners closely with department leaders to foster a high-performance, values-driven workplace culture and ensures consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Job Requirements :
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership by providing coaching and HR guidance to support business objectives and employee engagement
- Maintain a proactive presence on the production floor to build trust with team members and ensure operational alignment
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans to support underperforming employees and leadership, in alignment with organizational expectations
- Design and lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Communicate timely and accurate information related to company policies, benefits, and employee programs
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all levels of the organization
- Support a fair and compliant work environment by monitoring adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with department leaders to address employee relations issues, providing expert consultation on conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance management
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-informed recommendations
- Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee programs and internal communication strategies
- Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and employee understanding
- Represent HR in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the development of company-wide policies and procedures
