A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Immigration. Key Responsibilities Provide legal support and strategy for immigration processes from initial consultation through petition filing Review and approve immigration submissions and guide Immigration Specialists Conduct training sessions on immigration law updates and assist the Sales team with legal consultations Required Qualifications JD and admission to any U.S. state bar 3-5 years of U.S. business immigration experience, particularly in high-volume filings Experience preparing and filing H1B and L1 petitions and PERM applications Ability to manage the PERM recruitment process and ensure compliance with DOL regulations Proficiency in legal technology and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
